The dishes and their combinations have a royal story from the formerly princely state of Hyderabad in South India. While a meat eaters haven, it is said that one time, the kings (Nawabs as they r called) wanted to eat vegetarian but wanted it flavourful. That is how the veggie biryani & Salan curry combo was born.
Biryani: Vegetables slow cooked with basmati rice, packed with aromatic flavours of rose, saffron. mint and our special garam masala mix.
Green Pepper Salan: Mild green peppers cooked in a tangy peanut/seaseme seed gravy. The addition of tamarind gives this dish a nice sour/tangy note!
Raita - Yoghurt mixed with red onions, coriander and our special chaat masala spice mix.

Yoghurt, mint, red onions, fresh coriander, chat masala spice mix, salt.

Due to the current exceptional pandemic situation, we will only do contactless deliveries. Our drivers will leave your packs outside your door or in your letter box. Customers will bear the responsibility of retrieving the packs and to ensure subsequent storage/cold chain.
